He is responsible for defining and implementing strategic direction for the organization and optimizing effectiveness within the company’s overall business strategy. Prasad has demonstrated a successful track record of senior leadership in complex, global, customer-focused organizations. Additionally, he is leading infrastructure expansion to support the company’s projected future growth and drive improved global connectivity.
Prasad earned his masters’ degrees in industrial engineering and mechanical engineering from Clarkson University in New York and the Indian Institute of Technology, respectively.

Sam Venkat, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer at TrialAssure, with 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounts, costing, treasury management, and contracts.
Based in our Canton, Mich. headquarters, Sam serves at the head of overall accounting and finance functions. At TrialAssure, Sam and his team prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAPP, implement cost controls and contract management, monitor budgetary control, and more.
Sam earned his CPA from the California Board of Accountancy.

Zach Weingarden, MS is Director of Product Solutions with more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare and CRO arena. Zach has managed software implementations in fast-paced and demanding healthcare, research, biotech and pharma environments. He is adept at analyzing business workflows and aids in the design, configuration and testing of TrialAssure software that aligns with organizational needs and objectives.
This includes developing new technology and leading programs within TrialAssure and its partners related to clinical trial registration and results disclosure, document and data anonymization and redaction, plain language summaries, and more. Many of these programs were/are first-in-class and awarded for their innovation and focus on solving critical industry needs.
Recently, Zach was recognized as Most Valuable Millennial by Corp! Magazine and he holds a Masters in Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

His results-driven leadership methodology have helped in the growth of TrialAssure as a global technology provider, helping to facilitate transparency for the entire pharmaceutical industry.
Don earned his MBA from Madonna University and recently was named Communications Professional of the Year in the American Business Awards.

James Greene serves as Senior Manager of Business Development at TrialAssure, bringing a wealth of experience and excellence, innovation, and a focus on fostering meaningful business relationships.
Prior to joining TrialAssure, James served the pharmaceutical industry at Citeline, formerly known as Informa Pharma Intelligence. His tenure in this space showcased his ability to manage key accounts, drive sales, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Outside of this, James volunteers at Shining Stars Network, a non-profit organization that shines a light on the special needs community by finding ways to showcase their many talents. James attended the University of Reading – one of the UK’s leading research intensive universities – and holds a certificate in higher education with a focus on mathematics and statistics.

Mohamad has more than 25 years of global experience in Information Technology (IT), Enterprise Business Systems, and digital transformation. As Technology Advisor, Mohamad is responsible for overseeing the operational and strategic aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure, Business Process Transformation, and product development. Outside of TrialAssure, Mohamad has held several global leadership positions in the industry and led multiple IT and business systems transformation initiatives. He has established governance over key enterprise business processes, as well as led the formation and implementation of cloud strategy.
His expertise extends to ISMS areas, including technical and quality certifications. As member of the Forbes Technology Council, Mohamad is proficient and experienced at emerging technology needs within the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory requirements, and IT infrastructure controls to support clinical trial transparency.
Mohamad holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems from the University of Detroit Mercy, and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from The Detroit College of Business.

Kelly has 20+ years of clinical research experience, most recently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at MMS, a leading and award winning global clinical research organization (CRO). Kelly played a key role in a decade of year-over-year business growth and in MMS securing additional investment through a successful private equity partnership in 2022.
Kelly has enjoyed building and leading high-performing teams in clinical data services, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, project management and business development. Kelly has a special interest in developing business and data solutions that will flex with a client’s needs, resulting in successful short- and long-term relationships with small biotech to large multinational pharmaceutical organizations.
As member of TrialAssure’s Advisory Leadership Team, Kelly provides focused guidance related to industry and alliance partnerships, as well as maintaining strong resource and technology strategies to meet the emerging needs in the area of data services and in particular, data transparency.
Kelly holds an advanced degree in Clinical Research Design and Statistical Analysis (CRDSA) from the University of Michigan, where she has also served on the External Advisory Board to the UM School of Information. Past roles include project and portfolio management, trial and data operations, and regulatory compliance at Pfizer and IQVIA.

His tenure of experience in software and management has allowed him to establish a network of dedicated individuals and companies across the globe, successfully built operations for 10 European and American companies in India, and has been key in numerous technology product launches.
RC Nathan earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madras University, is trained in Statistical Quality Control and Operations Research from the Indian Statistical Institute, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified Reliability Engineer from the American Society for Quality.

His primary skill areas include Corporate Consulting, Business Strategy, Business Development, Sales, Strategic Program Management, Project Launch and Program Processes implementation, Acquisition and Procurement Management, Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V), Earned Value Management Systems, Change and Configuration Management, Risk Management, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
