World Health Assembly Update, 28 May 2019 – World Health Organization
The WHO adopted a resolution aimed at improving the transparency of markets for medicines, vaccines, and other health products in order to expand access. This resolution requests the WHO secretariat to support transparency efforts.

Unreported clinical trials threaten credibility of published studies – Medical Bag
According to a research report and editorial piece published in Annals of Internal Medicine, large clinical trials that go unreported threaten the credibility of published evidence and harm the scientific process. The authors note that a failure to report clinical trial results can threaten the public’s trust in the integrity of medical literature.
