We had an exciting year, including partnering with Certara, winning Data Solution of the Year, and releasing TrialAssure LINK. Here’s a look back at 2021.
Certara, the leading global leader in biosimulation, has licensed TrialAssure’s ANONYMZE software to anonymize clinical data. Through this collaboration, Certera’s regulatory science division, Synchrogenix, will utilize TrialAssure ANONYMIZE in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model to provide a tech-enabled Anonymization service for their client roster of more than 1,650 global biopharmaceutical and biotech companies across 61 counties.
TrialAssure won the “Data Solution of the Year – Healthcare” award in the 2021 Data Breakthrough Awards. This is the second consecutive year that TrialAssure has earned this honor.
TrialAssure released TrialAssure LINK, a software for the efficient development, review, translation and publishing of plain language, or lay summaries.

Expert Insight Webinars
Our TrialAssure team shared their expertise in two webinars this year.
Kelly Vaillant and Zach Weingarden shared how cutting-edge technology and data-driven processes combine to expedite anonymization of clinical artifacts, explored how machine learning techniques can be applied to accurately identify subject-identifying text in PDF documents, and evaluated risk assessment techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, with how they apply to each artifact.
This webinar explored how the new CT Regulation impacts Sponsors and reviewed changes to clinical trials processes, protocols, informed consent for minors, and impacts to lay summaries.
